Free shipping on all UK orders. International orders are quoted at checkout.
Goods in stock will be Posted within 1-2 Working Days. Any Collection pieces not currently in stock we would recommend you allow 4 weeks. Special bespoke pieces we recommend 4-6 weeks from initial Design consultation to final delivery.
Some goods to destinations outside the EU may be subject to Customs duties and taxes, payable by the customer.
We will keep you up to date with your purchase and contact you before it is shipped.
All parcels are wrapped carefully then placed in a discreet outer wrapping or post bag.
All parcels will need to be 'signed for' on delivery so please ensure there will be someone present at the delivery address to receive the goods and provide a signature.
We aim to have you enjoying your Phillip Jennings Jewellery piece as quickly as possible but please note we cannot be held accountable for delays in delivery including customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your Phillip Jennings Jewellery online purchase we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund within 14 Days from the purchase date so long as they are unworn, undamaged and in original box . All returns are paid for by the customer and are not free of charge. Please see Process & Return Fees below.
Note earrings are excluded from the returns policy due to hygiene reasons as are bespoke and personalised engraved pieces. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by you will not be accepted as faulty.

All returns are paid for by the customer and are not free of charge. Please CONTACT US should you wish to return your jewellery.
UK Next Day and Saturday Delivery fees are non-refundable.
UK – you can return the item(s) to us via your preferred courier. Any delays or losses in transit will be at your own risk.
International (EU only) – a return by FedEx can be arranged on your behalf to ensure its safe carriage. We will inform you of the fee payable at the time of your return request as the cost may vary according to the country and quantity. Alternatively, you may use a courier service of your choice. Should you opt to use your own courier any delays or losses in transit will be at your own risk.
International (excluding EU) – a return by FedEx will be arranged on your behalf to ensure its safe carriage. We will inform you of the fee payable at the time of your return request as the cost may vary according to the country and quantity. If you choose to use your own courier you will be responsible for any international customs duties and sales taxes, and any delays or losses in transit will be at your own risk.
